Role Overview
Oversee the seamless end-to-end delivery of high-stakes transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time execution, robust stakeholder communication, and high-impact project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish rigorous project governance, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Manage cross-functional delivery streams and coordinate client workstream leads
- Track project budgets, resource allocations, and deliverable quality assurance
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and institutionalize operational best practices
Requirements & Experience
- Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-scale transformation or operations projects
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master certification
- Excellent stakeholder mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or corporate services
